Since its been a month dealing with insomnia, i got up at 5, thinking i might as well go on a walk or exercise or meditate, the mental resistance was soo intense that i did not do it even though going on a walk would have probably been a good change and cultivating a morning routine has been a priority since idk when but just the thought of actually doing this stuff feels so heavy, i just end up not doing it. And then i feel bad about it.
