I sometimes feel very lazy to continue with exercising. Post exercise feel is really good, but I do not feel like getting up from my bed and going to the park or gym to work out.
Exercising is good. But over exercising can be harmful. I have seen people suffer. Be careful and in limits.

I really like exercising. The phase of exercising is tedious, but post-workout feel is amazing. It feels like I’ve finally achieved something!
I know some amount of physical exercise is necessary in a day but I am too lazy and I don’t have the stamina. The mere thought of having to exercise makes me tired. Literally.
