For me
1. Talking to my mom (not all issues)
2. Watching random animals videos, listening to motivational tracks
3. Talking to myself in clear words (not silently). I do this when I’m alone and when my mind needs some words to be heard by my rational brain. I also sometimes keep a voice record of those self-conversations which later work like a reminder when I feel stressed.
