I literally keep losing and gaining weight so randomly, it messes with my head each time. Its like I lose 10 kgs for half a year then gain it back in no time and then lose it again. My confidence has become shaky because of this fluctuation. So now I’ve decided I’m gonna get on track and focus on working out and eating healthy, but not to look a certain way - instead to work on the health side of it. Wish me luuuuuck

That’s what Fitness and being healthy is all about right? Eating right and exercising. Wish you all the best on your journey. Just a friendly advice to do things which are fun for you, which you enjoy doing/eating etc. If you don’t like what you’re doing/eating and you are just losing weight following a certain diet which you are not really fond of? Chances are you will rebound because you were restricted from the foods which you loved eating and now when the diet finishes, you go all out. So Just try and make your meals 1% better everytime and find healthier alternatives, no need to cut off any sort of foods. Do what makes you happy! :D

All the best for work out. Health is one of the most important aspects of our life. Focusing on health and staying confident on that part is really good. Try working out for 45 minutes to an hour each day. Try to decrease your fluctuations. Avoid junk foods. Try to eat healthy fruits and vegetables. Try regular sleeping which is consistent

Good luck! For your health. I hope you get a stable health, body and shape. I kindaa feel the pain when something in your life is not stable and here its your own weight. Try exercising, have good sleep, and stay positive.  You would definitely feel better.
