Can someone tell me more about Hysterectomy? My doctor has suggested me removal of my fallopian tubes due to chronic pelvic pain.

Hysterectomy is the surgical removal of the uterus. It may also involve removal of the cervix, ovaries, fallopian tubes and other surrounding structures. Usually performed by a gynecologist, a hysterectomy may be total or partial. It is the most commonly performed gynecological surgical procedure. 

Please talk to your doctor more about this, take the opinion of a few more doctors before taking any decision :)

I need a suggestion.

I have confirmed my admission at a university abroad and have given the seat booking amount as well.
Things were going well and I was about to apply for an education loan but due to some reason I am not able to.
In order to fund my education my father is taking my grandfather's money. My grandfather has already invested a lot in my father but nothing worked out for him.
Now my grandparents just for me their granddaughter agreed to my father to fund my expenditures which is around 22 lacs.

I recently got to know this and I am in a dilemma. I have heard my grandparents talking that it will be tough for them but they will try their best. I can't see them in pain.
I can't just enjoy myself out there abroad and worry about the situation here as my father has anger issues and incase things don't go planned or I require more amount my grandparents will not be able to provide the money.
Currently my grandparents are assuring me that everything will work well.
My father doesn't earn that well. And I doubt if things will go well or not.    

I have also got an admit for a college in India.
What should I do? Should I take my grandparents money and return them later? It's their earning.
Or. Should I drop the plan and choose the college in India which is cheaper?

the only dream i have is to study abroad. i wanted to my MBBS abroad but yeah it costs too much. umm so the plan is to do post graduate abroad. but the thing is idk how,what and when. i mean I dream so much but the I don,t know from how to begin.what are the things required, what is it that I'm supposed ti do? can somebody please help me out. its I need to get to the top floor but there are no stairs or lift? what to do?????

Hi !!! I am a dentist and since a time I've known I really loved the idea of psychology and really wanted to pursue it. But because of family pressure I couldn't take it up. But now I've joined for a distance education programme in psychology and I was so excited. But now I'm so worried because  without any proper guidance I don't know whether I'll be able to make it. I don't have any idea about psychology and I'm finding it really difficult to study . Don't know if I'll be able to do it . 😔

My family wants me to fight competition and get a govt job but i don't want to do it. I want to become a singer and for that i want to do masters away from home and then work my dream. I can't tell this to my parents and they are note ready to understand. What should i do? How can i come out of this situation and do my thing. I can just pray to get college away from home and if that doesn't happen everything will be ruined and this fear is eating me. I don't know what to do

Peer Pressure

Recently results of this competitive exam(KVPY) were declared. I did not qualify. It was my dream to get into IISER but that's shattered. I am still trying to process it and thinking about what I would do next with my career. My parents are really disappointed. They are sad because they expected me to get a good score and probably end up in IISER with a good branch. But they need to understand that I wasn't studying to complete their expectations. Their expectations are broken but my dream is shattered and I don't know what I'm gonna do now. Instead of conforting me and helping me out, my mom said some really mean and absurd things to me. Instead of saying all those to me, a few words of condolence would have been appreciated so much or just a hug saying it will all be okay. She thinks that I'm not studying properly and I don't care about my future. Little does she knows that it's difficult studying when you are depressed and going through so much. And she saying all those things is just making it worse. I already know that I'm letting them down but they don't have to remind me that every single day. Directly or indirectly they tell me how I'm disappointing them and how they have lost all the hope in me and thinks that I wouldn't do something great in life. This has made me lose all the hope and confidence. Now, I feel like I'm just going with the flow and don't know where I will end up. I don't have the energy and confidence to it proper direction. I'm scared what if I make another mistake and what if it just ruins my career...

Hey everyone. This is my first time i am writing something like this where i am telling how i feel about my life. I just passed class twelfth, obviously low score. Parents as usual unhappy, rather dissatisfied. I had PCM. I was never made for these subjects. Parents thought it's the only way to be successful in life and on their saying i took these subjects. I never understood a word about chemistry. I could understand any reaction. I never understood the concepts of physics, though I tried a lot to understand these but never succeeded. My only hope was math. After my result, i scored the lowest in math. And nobody cared the fact that even though i couldn't understand a thing about science still i managed to score 75%. My dad says i never tried to work hard. And sees a great disappointment in me. But who will tell him that his son scored in  the subjects which were beyond his reach, subjects others feared to study. I just want my dad to know this. I never told him that I can't understand a thing. He never asked me that if i was comfortable with the subjects or not. And i don't know what to do in life because he still wants me to go in science field.
