Your trauma is valid even if:
1. Others have had it worse.
2. It was a long time ago it happened.
3. You have moved on or you feel fine now.
4. Someone thinks that it isnβt a big deal.
5. You didnβt open about it.
6. And at last, youβve got other things to be grateful for.
Itβs hard to make oneself believe that.
