really trying to lose seven pounds. anyone got any tips? i workout regularly, i try my best to eat healthy but for some reason my body isn’t toning or leaning the way i want it to.
It depends . Are you a m/f ? What is ur body type ? How long have u been wprking out ?
i’m a f. im more on the petite side, 5ft, currently weigh 97. ive been working out for almost a year and i have noticed change but i feel like im doing something wrong since my body is not toning

Take a look at your diet
Hope you may have lost some pound weight by now. Diet is more important than workout. So be dedicated you will definitely lose weight & get the body type you want. Best wishes
