🥗 Healthy Food
Right now i am feeling stable! This has been the most clear and balanced feeling i have had after many days of turbulence!
The one thing that is keeping me sane right now is my healthy diet.
Nowadays I usually watch a movie or cdrama at night from 10 pm to 12.
Before that I do home chores cooking food and washing dishes.
What’s your night routine?
I have a simple night routine. I eat my dinner by 9-9:30pm then I take turmeric milk and then I wash my face and apply my medicines prescribed by the doctor for my skin issues.

Today I experimented with my breakfast 😅. I took boiled eggs, I added banana slices, peanut butter, honey, nachos and sugar free dark chocolate shreds to it😂. It turned out amazing 😂.
