My mood is never consistent. Sometimes especially during my pms I feel so low that I feel I am the most used person and feel like crying over even small things, which disturbs me a lot later. I want to feel mentally very strong. Please help.
I also get super moody when pmsing and have all sorts of food craving and mostly having chocolate helps. But if you feel the mood swings are consistent even when you’re not pmsing then maybe you should consult a specialist.
This is the time you are at your raw-est when it comes to emotions , you are true to yourself. Yes it is painful , it is the worst. It’s like the creator discriminated between man and woman. Anyhow, it is okay to breakdown and have your moments.
