I’ve lost almost 12 kgs since last year. It wasn’t a move meant to enhance my appearance, no. It was to cure a lot of other problems that had started. Menstrual problems and other biological problems had found their way to my body. It was during the board exams, because I did a lot of stress eating and had to sit at one place. Now it’s better. I’ve started working out also, and it does help. These problems have ended. Weight loss is really a key for a healthy life. Shedding that extra weight can take you a long way in life.
