I’ve endured years of denial and mental discomfort about social anxiety. After attempting to improve my mind, I recently realised that in order to improve myself in any way, i need to be resilient enough to endure the worst of the situation as well, be prepared for it and not fear it. To truly be rid of the problem you have to be immune to it instead of hiding/ concealing/ coping with whatever it is
