Its hard for me to initiate conversation. I get palpitations and sweaty hands even asking for directions or while ordering food on the phone. I just wish I wasn’t such a wuss

I understand it don’t worry about that. But i know it can be so much annoying sometimes. Just try to gain some confidence… And don’t care of what others say about you. We all have different personalities and just be proud of you and don’t let others harm you.

Hey, you need to gain some confidence. Try to build it into you. Don’t get frustrated with what others think about you. Try to develop your personality day by day . We all are in this situation at some point of time and to overcome it is some sort of success in life.

I am also in the same boat. I do not know how to have small meaningful conversations. Most of the times, I will be silent, though I wanted to express my opinions/feelings. It looks like a daunting task for me.

makes me think of myself, when the teacher calls our names I get so anxious just waiting for mine to be called so I can answer right away
