If you wanna be happy and peaceful. First you should know that you are sad and dull. It’s important to realise your condition. Because one who is really thirsty knows the taste of water. One who is deadly tired know the warmth of bed. One who is really sweat know the chill of rain.
If you can’t feel so. Then you are not really sad. Or else you are not realising it in a proper manner.
Changing your perspective is better than changing your ways to seek happiness.
