I want to study freely but my anxiety and self doubts comes along. Even my surroundings is discouraging. There is so unhealthy competition. It’s really suffocating. Nobody understands me. I feel distinct lonely and rejected

Yeah we all face the same situation, but we have to somehow deal with it, by taking breaks and not getting stressed by result. Try mediation

I understand. Here I’m writing on my own to pass, while my friends simply cheat and get distinction. But I say to myself…the grades they earn are just numbers. The knowledge I have make me superior to them.
I know I’m doing right thing. Ofc ther will be stress.
Don’t think of exams. Think of subject you learn.
Just forget you have exam. Read as if you’re reading a novel.
