Hello! I know that things are hard and that life seems pointless at times. For the past year I have been feeling the same. I recently took a hike and have been feeling amazing since. I am not saying a hike will cure you. But taking time for yourself and doing something you love can make all of the difference. Other people are important, but your life is your own. Do something that makes you happy. Even if it is one little thing. You are loved and should live. Life may not get better or change but you can bring more things into your life that make it more livable and eventually happy.
