I haven’t showed or brushed my teeth for more than 2 weeks.
I just couldn’t do it.
I don’t have the energy to do these.
What you do during these days?
I stay in my room, sleep, watch something and eat something when I feel like it.
What recent changes in your behavior/activity other than this?
I get angry at the smallest issue and say things hurtful to others then I regret saying things but I can’t bring myself to apologise. Then my sleep schedule got messed-up even more than it’s already messed-up.
