I have periods of insomnia. This means that I have huge troubles sleeping for weeks. I get huge dark red eye bags and my skin becomes really fucked up. I’m not entirely sure why it happens but I hope i can figure it out soon.
Try waking up early in the morning and exercising a bit. Try not taking caffeine when you’re about to sleep. Give it a try, I hope it helps :)
