I have been suffering from anxiety since I was very young but was taken seriously only in 2017 when i started to have panic attacks. I started taking medication from 2018. It’s been a year now. I’ve made a lot of progress. I still have palpitations and panic attacks sometime but I try to always tell myself that β€œit’ll all pass”. Being positive has really helped me a lot.
