I have been a person who was too focused in getting a good job through my college. So I mostly spent my time focusing on that and I got what I wanted. I come from a college where no one had an ambition like that so it was hard to survive but I did.
After that my job started and after few months I had my first burnout. Those few months were pretty hard for me, I started having anxiety, some family problems, was very confused about life, no sleep and everything around that. It was like I had whatever I had dreamed of but still felt empty. This was the point I realised I need to focus on my mental and physical health too.
So from there I have been trying to improve, focusing on lot of self development stuff but one major thing I have found problem is in finding people with similar mindset (growth) / it was hard to find people like that in college too :(.
So I am here looking to connect with people like that. People who are improving / or want to become a better version of themselves. Would love to hear about what problems different people faced and how they solved it or if you need any help maybe I can help somewhere :). And if we turnout to be working on same things maybe we can be accountability partners too? Cause I find it hard to maintain good habits alone.
Also I am an introvert so this might help me fight some of my society anxiety too by talking to new people :).
Also few things I am working on but not very consistent:
1. Started habit of reading books
2. Meditation
3. Daily walks
4. Workout
5. Trying to be the person who starts the conversation.
6. Meeting new people
