Well… there is just so much going on tbh :< Right now I’m mostly worried about my studies? I really hate my studies, but I feel like it’s too late to quit now. I feel like I’m wasting my time every second I sit in my chair and get bored to death. I have extremely difficult week, and tomorrow, instead of a normal weekend I’ll have more than 8 hours of lessons! Plus I strongly feel like I might have ADHD, so it’s twice as terrible TT But then again, I’m too afraid to go to therapy, and I have 0 support from my parents. When I tried telling my mom that I might have it, because she’s a psychologist (and well, my mother), she just laughed at me and said that I’m just using my phone too much. I don’t want to talk to my sister or friends about it, because they have WAY bigger problems (and I mean for real). So basically… I feel so helpless and stupid for not being able to stand up and actually change sth in my life.

I’m really sorry you have to go through this alone with everything going on and I feel it’s wring that your mother won’t even give you thr benefit of doubt that you might be suffering from ADHD. Your friends might have real problems I believe you but that doesn’t mean that you can’t let them know how you feel you should be there to listen to them and when you can, share with them too and if not then you can always vent it all out here we’ll all listen to you and probably we wouldn’t be able to give you solutions but talking about things and letting them out really does help so do share here and when you let your inner thoughts out well it tends to get long and that’s perfectly fine Because more you explain your feelings, better you’ll feel so don’t feel sorry for long thoughts

Friends are meant to be there for you to vent to, to talk to, and to support you - just like what you should be doing. Don’t be afraid to open up to them <3 if you’re scared about bothering them, then what I recommend is maybe also listening to their problems - I’ve found that it can actually be therapeutic to help out others on their own issues.

if you feel overwhelmed, let it out. whether it be through crying, venting, or spilling your inner thoughts to strangers - its not good to bottle up your emotions, because eventually they’ll overflow. i can assure you that your friends won’t see it as a bother; and it’ll make you feel better.
