I don’t know if I’ve had auditory hallucinations or if I imagined another voice talking to me
I also am unsure if certain thoughts I get are my thoughts or not. I think they are but I don’t know how much control I really have over them, if I could stop them if I wanted.
A lot of them are negative
Don’t try to run away from those thoughts.
Let them come, observe them and let them pass. Just start writing down whatever you are thinking. Soon you’ll understand that it’s just some sort of fear that is taking you over for sometime and giving you a chaotic mind.
