Quit using smartphone for few weeks, go out in nature spend some time in open. Or best advice from me is to get a dog 🐕. Pet are the best antidepressant.

Losing someone is hard.

I can say I understand you, but it’s impossible to feel what you are feeling.
The only thing is - your mom would have expected you to be at your best, any time of the day.

Its okay to feel low. To miss someone. To not be able to express a feeling.

I think you should understand that its a passing feeling.
Temporary.
Because it dates back to your memory.

It will be a new day tomorrow.
And to embrace everything that it has to offer, you can choose to deal with your emotions instead of feeling them strongly.
Focus on yourself, you need to feel okay and once you do that - you are welcoming all things good starting right now.
