Hi, I would say that you give it time. Do not rush through the process. Take your time to grow through the entire process of it. It will take a lot of strength and courage and somedays you will feel like giving up, but trust me, it’ll be worth it because when you reach that moment when you feel that the trauma doesn’t hold any power over you, you will feel so free. you will feel so calm. Give yourself time and keep patience to reach there. Feel your feelings, talk about your triggers, try to figure out what causes those triggers and how you can get through them. Develop your own ways, trust me you’ll know yourself so much better. All the best! Here for you if you want to talk about your struggles and trauma!
