How can someone overcome the anxiety. At every moment when my head is forcing me to think the tgings I don’t want to and it cripples inside of me and grows to my mental state. I am really tired of this.
I have bad anxiety and none of those solutions like meditation or positive affirmations, etc work so I just let myself face it and overcome that feeling eventually. But when it recurs I remind myself that I’m an anxious person and I have felt this feeling consuming me before but I was able to overcome it earlier and that reassurance kind of helps me, you need to talk to yourself somehow……hope it makes sense to you
