We all come here to share our thoughts and vent out because we know no one will judge us.
I urge everyone that whenever you feel that something is bothering you or you wish someone to be your listening ear at that point, do come HERE and share because you will feel good and someone would be able to help you out.
I would like to share it with everyone reading this and if you agree then do comment about your experiences/thoughts as well.
First, It’s always (BEST) a good option to share rather than holding back and letting that one thing eat you from the inside. When we share, the mind calms down and we are ready to think the situation in a logical manner.
Second, Have a habit of exercising daily as it is good for both your BODY and MIND. Bonus point, it will benefit you in the long run (trust me on this., I exercise daily).
Third, we certainly feel bad/sad for things which don’t work in our favor and we react to it by saying- Why just me? Why I have such a bad luck? Why everything has to happen with me only? To which I have just have ONE answer. “We must work our best in whatever we are doing and leave the rest. Things which don’t turn out in our favors are the ones which isn’t in our destiny which we obviously don’t realize then but we do as time passes and what is will have a way towards us”.
