Hi all ,
After a long time sitting and expressing my thoughts.Lately I realized that when we indulge in something that is keeping us close to our dream โ€ฆwe stop worrying,overthinking and shallow thoughts.Keeping our self busy in our likes and happiness can help us.
But also in these days I realize me drifting from the things I also enjoy.Keeping one day a week, for our fav routines, hobbies and food can make it much better in these hard times.

Each day might be a pain for many.All are having their hard times.Some more and some less.
Just smile and take everything as part of ur life.It will fade away.Nothing is permanent ,good or bad.

So true @tobediscovered,
I too sometimes feel lost in the sea of all that is happening around me. At times I forget why Iโ€™m doing what Iโ€™m doing. I forget to enjoy my work which I so dearly adore. It is very important, as you said, to find little joys that keep helping us move forward and prevent burn-out.

Nothing is permanent.
