3am Thoughts

Sometimes I end up feeling anxious and then I end up thinking about you and what we had once upon a time. You were like home. You felt like home to this awkward boy who even today struggles to be around women. You gave me love when we were in love and today my anxiety issues are your post-breakup gift for me. Main itna bura tha kya?? Pyaar aur nehi hai. But I just wish I could get answers to my questions. Yeh sawal bohot satate hai. Tum bohot achhi thi, you deserved better. I am just sad that I wasn't the one. Take care.

Breakup

I lost my uncle to COVID19 today. I have been distracting myself the entire day. I don't exactly know how to process the loss. My first reaction has been extreme anger. I'm just so mad at the world that people aren't taking it seriously. I understand not everyone is privileged enough but shouldn't risk aversion be the capital decision making pricipal binding our everyday action? Then I felt bad for being mad and it made me feel like I was being cruel in being overly critical. I want to cry and mourn him, but I'm very afraid if I let it out I might be too broken to be fixed again, so I have to hold it all in and let it pass. Please help me.

From being a lazy being sleeping every now & then TO loosing sleep soo much waiting for that one text.
From hating medicines because you hate the taste TO taking sleeping pills regularly because your body needs sleep.
Checking phone every minute in hope that they send something...anything...
Become soo soo desperate that you started losing yourself....
Lost your dignity...Your heart...Your emotions...
And...
After losing everything still waited😂😂

 But then after months you realise it's useless...
Useless to wait...useless to love and useless to care...
You called nd broke up....nd he said "OK"
Just OK...but nevermind...
Finally you free...
BUT ARE YOU REALLY??
Just when you thought you are free...you got sleepless nights and emotionless...insensitive heart as a gift😂😂

Anxiety

I was with my ex for around 6 months and we didnt really have fights. Back then, my friend had said, "how can you not have fights? If youre not having fights then there is something wrong about it. Kabhi toh hogi ladai, how come youve gone for 6 months without fighting?" That stuck. Now im seeing someone, we've been together for 4 months and we havent fought. We've openly told each other if there are things that we dont like but we havent fought fought and it scares me as to if im doing it right this time or am i again making a mistake. 

Boyfriend

Everyday I feel I am struggling to live. I am a medical student , I am from a middle class family. I basically have no so called problems.
Day by day anxiety is eating me up. I am not able 2 do anything.
The very first time I had my anxiety attack was 6 months back.
After that things subsided fr a while and i got t again.
I live w my old grandmother..
I am feeling so depressed .. my parents r very kind but i dont want to talk to anyone about this
Whenever my frnds call i laugh so much n talk but whenever m alone... i cant. 
my thoughts eat me up..
everyhting..
i just cant...i dont want to tell my parents or my frnds
Im struggling..
I really need help..
I feel like ending everything once n fr all..
I am nt such a kind of person... I have good grades, good relationships, good friends, good family and i always live up to my parents expectations...

Now i donno wats wrong with me..

If you slap your husband/wife while having an argument and genuinely begs for forgiveness and promises not to repeat the same ever in life and the same day ur husband/wife (who was slapped) takes revenge by slapping you then would you be guilty of hitting him/her though u begged for forgiveness and promised never to repeat the same??

PS I still feel very bad for hitting but should I be guilty considering revenge was taken by hitting me?

Once was last and I never ever did it again and I made sure my promise was intact.

Physical abuse is bad.
