Do you guys ever just brush your teeth before sleeping & then by mistake you wash your face & THEN you are sleepless for hours? 

They say that whenever you feel things beyond write them up you will feel good and I have been doing that  like forever and I don't know how much more I can handle any of this

Why I feel like doing only passive tasks like watching or listening something but not active tasks which needs brain attention, like job work. 

Confusion

i'm sad. is it normal for me to be sad if i feel left out all the time. whenever I'm with my friends, even with my family. i know they treated me from the others differently. I feel like they are not comfortable with me. whenever I talk to them they respond like they don't want to talk to me. they will left me if they see me alone like they try to avoid me as much as possible. i'm not sure if i did anything wrong but as much as i remember i have no problem with them. help me i cried every day since lockdown in 2020 bcs of this problem. sometimes feel useless and am i too childish for thinking like this? (I'm 21 btw)

Conflict

Any advice... M in on  lost way... My girl she told me last time that she won't smoke and like recently she went to a dinner at frn house and she smoke and that she hide it from me... And i caught her... Now she feel so sorry and i told I'll talk to her when I get cool down... Now don't know what to do????

That life is full of silly things,
And laughter is the best medicine for all things.
