3am Thoughts

it feels as if my head is going into overdrive. i hate being overwhelmed and underwhelmed. it is as if, my mind has stopped processing information and instead its gone into panic mode. all it does is go crazy on me.

Hii everyone, it's been a year of my breakup and I am still hurting but I am done being miserable. I have decided to use these last 30 days of 2021 to upgrade myself physically, mentally and emotionally. I am a 24 years old medicine student studying in foreign, currently at home. Please give me some ideas to fix myself and move on. 
I went for a morning walk today and I am so happy for doing this.

Mindfulness

I am lost, tired, don't have any interest in anything, boring and so on, why this happening to me? I got no friends, no one to talk plus an introvert with social anxiety and so and so. The things that used to enjoy I don't want to do them anymore nor do I enjoy. So tired of living like this the time is passing by but I am at the same place where I was years ago or more worse now. Idk what happened, it isn't me, I wasn't like this. I am just broken now. It hurts so much that I ain't got even one friend with whom I can share my feelings, but got tired of the fake people too, why can't I get what I want ? Why is its so dark over here for me? Why it happened to me? When it's gonna be end? Is there any hope? I just want

Whhhhhhhhyyyyyyy goooddd why, give me peaceeee, or someone atleast, is it too much to ask for? What I wished in my life, nothing but happiness na, Did I got? no, everything is just shattering me down now, nothing is there, noone is there, why? Why happening to me, what's wrong I did? Take me please now, I can't take up anymore, 

Lonely

I feel depressed. Like properly depressed. I have difficulty breathing, it feels like my lungs are about to burst. Watching Juice’s documentary made me feel sadder. I sometimes wonder what it’d be like to leave this world. I was always curious about life after death, but recently I've been thinking about it more than ever before. I can hear my mom listening to “Mistletoe and Wine”, since it’s Xmas week. Usually I’d be singing silently along with it, but now this just makes me annoyed. Perhaps I’ve sunk so deep to the point that I don’t wish to be not depressed. Don’t know if that makes sense though. Nothing makes sense these days anyway so I guess it’s fine. I’m trying to study, hopefully saying all this makes me feel better. Paper does have more patience than people after all.

Anxiety

I am 24, and I am tired of living a lie. That everything is fine. But it's not. I am not okay. Everything has messed up in my life. I have ruined my life. Nothing is going good, Infact it's just a survival in life and just passing every day. I feel like trash. Just a trash. Recently, When I fall sick. I was joining dots. I failed in life. I don't feel like I got anything here than pain. Living is like worm. When you born, when you died, what you did, nothing matters. You are not counted in anything

Adulting

I'm overwhelmed by my situation and feels burdensome.. 🙂
