Finally i learnt and overcome that phase. It was hard and hardest later gradually i started facing what challenges me and now i am at my best.
I’m happy fr u. I’m facing it and it’s only like during particular time not all the time I get that anxiety. It’s like with only selected ppl,I don’t know why I get that feeling by seeing them or during conversation .
