Signs you’re suffering from a quarter-life crisis

1. You feel lost about what to do with your life and are trying to figure out what is missing
2. You have difficulty making decisions and feel paralyzed when presented with choices
3. You lack motivation (fatigue and increased sleep are often a part of this).
4. You feel tension between choosing a life of adventure (YOLO) and settling down (adulting)
5. You worry that your peers have it all figured out and that you’re left far behind
6. You have a rebellious attitude as you want to be taken care of but also want freedom
7. Being unable to comprehend what to do with your life or being totally lost about trying to figure out what exactly is missing.
8. You tend to freak out whenever someone asks you to commit to something
9. You fail to understand why you are still unhappy, in spite all of your accomplishments
10. Whether it’s excessive use of social media, drug abuse or watching the television for long hours, you find means to escape reality

Some suggestions for handling the crisis…

##. Disconnecting from social media can be the first prescription in this case.
##Expand your awareness of the energy and attention you are giving to those negative thoughts. Try and get rid of them.

#Make a conscious effort to embrace things you appreciate
##Use affirmations.
##Try meditation and any kind of physical exercise.
##Communicate your feelings to those who truly matter
