5 years back I was the girl who was scared of going out because I comtinuously felt people might tell me something which would hurt me, I would suffer from panic attacks and was suffering from anxiety issues. But over the years when I sought professional help and started working on myself and my growth in particular I felt why would I care about the people outside? Are they even important and worthy of my time if they demean me? I started realising the significance of self love and evolvement and that is what has helped me grow as a human being and let me achieve my goals.

So to all the people if someone is making you feel worthless just cut the crap and stand for yourself and move ahead.
