I try to apply what I’ve read, something I am able to apply what i read, sometimes I don’t and other times it’s only partial… U know… like a normal average human

Healing means accepting urself nd being better with urself than u were before nd none of the self help books or hobbies will help u if u don’t want to accept urself the way u r ,its not an experiment written with all the steps ,we all heal differently but accepting urself nd treating urself better is necessary
