Your wife is great for you but she might not be the best person to open up to if she doesn’t understand your situation……if you take my advice then it’ll be best if you talk to someone who can understand what you’re going through and can help you.
Ya she is trying to help me but that’s my problem is wen she tells me stuff then my head automatically says she is lieing and I don’t believe her :(
Hey it’s completely not your fault that these thoughts come to your mind……please tell your wife how you’re feeling otherwise she wouldn’t know……and I’m sure that you’ll get better with proper medication and care(I don’t mean that there is anything wrong with you know it’s just that little disease in your head that’s affecting you)
