Lonely

With every bite or spoon of food, I feel like k!lling myself lol. I'm sorry, I know that the world has food scarcity and I am grateful for having access to food, water and almost everything in life. 

But I cannot stop feeling this way. I hate that I feel hungry and that even if I try not to eat, my body asks for food. 

I wish I didn't get hungry, I don't like myself right now. I wish I didn't look the way I did. No matter how many people say I look cute, beautiful and that I have lost some weight, I can't feel that about myself. 

I wish I wasn't like this.

Hi guys, i dont know where to start but I'm struggling with anxiety issues, so much that it feels like a physical pain. With that I have issues at home, not a great environment and equation with family members, and with that my social life is totally gone for a toss. I feel very lost and I'm tired mentally, so much that I dont even know the purpose of my life. Hoping that someone here can help me with something I can do to cope up, maybe having a conversation?
