Do you ever have a friend who decided to left you when they have problem. Thinking that they can heal alone. Not talking to anyone, pushing everyone away. I do understand that they want to be alone tho but it's not good if every time they suddenly ignore us. Breaking the fun moment with their bad mood, left when we're hangout. Stop think about yourself, think about others too please?

Poetry

I've been feeling so depressed lately. I'm not interested in anything. I can't make myself do anything. I've stopped doing so many things I loved doing. I've stopped interacting with new people or even some of my friends. It's been like this post lockdown. I have the courage to get back on track and take care of my mental health but I just lack little motivation. There's literally nothing which motivates me. I hope someone was there as a partner to motivate me throughout. I usually feel so alone, not lonely but just alone.

I have been so lonely lately... I moved to my city 8 years ago and have had friends come and go.. people just move on with their lives and I have a hard time keeping in touch. My good friends who I keep in contact with live so far away and so does my family. I don’t have many people I am close with in my city. I am in a 5 year relationship that I am unsure of .... I just feel sad a lot and wish I had people I was close to. My significant other would not understand or maybe I just feel ashamed .. so sometimes I have no one to talk to ...

I can feel my ❤️ dripping with blood inside me and it's gradually hurting me worse and worse, someone please help me!
