My dad just shoved me (twice) and grabbed me on the arms really hard and dragged me to the floor and screamed at me and mocked me when I cried because he hurt my arm but he apologized so it’s all good right?

I want peace .... i really want it ..... i am tired of waking up with regrets... i don't want to start my morning like this .... i know i made mistakes, i hurt my family, i hurt my father . May be i am the worst daughter in entire world. I don't know how my dad have forgotten me ... all these regrets hit my head every morning.
