Man's life is not meant to be spent crying, but to be enjoyed like a festival by laughing, playing and smiling. There are such incidents and situations in life when laughing happily can be considered a crime. But this does not mean that the sad situation should be accepted so deeply that the whole life becomes sad. According to the course of the world, in many circumstances even two tears of a human being may be required. But they should shed as many tears as they have the right to. It is not wise to pour out the entire life in the form of tears. Tears are the exceptions and shortcomings of human life, it is the truth and reality. These things have to be learned, one has to give time to oneself, it takes hard work and when a person becomes capable of controlling his tears and sorrow, then no one can have a better life than him.

Mental Wellbeing

That overwhelming feeling is back. I cannot concentrate on shit, and I'm annoyed that I'm not doing anything in life. It feels like every minute of my life is going to waste. I wake up every day to the same feeling and not do anything again, and then I sleep every day thinking; "It's ok, tomorrow you'll start doing whatever you want to do." 

But I don't. I wake up disturbed by office calls. I start feeling this thing, it overwhelms me so much that I can't even watch Netflix or anything because my heart is not in it. If I scroll mindlessly on other apps, I see either BTS(they play a major role in my life) or other people doing things and making the best of their lives, that again only reminds me that I'm not doing what I am supposed to be doing. I am wasting my precious time, mind, skills and youth. This sucks.
