Everytime I share my opinion on something (something that can't be right or wrong. It's like either you agree with it or disagree with it kind of thingy) with a friend and then if they have different opinion than me I somehow start questioning my own opinion like what if my thinking is absurd and what they're saying sounds good.
And I think about it excessively like what if my opinion is really wrong; I should find something that really supports my side like it's a debate. 
It just makes me so uncomfortable.
I feel like I'm not firm on my opinions and start doubting my knowledge.
I don't know if you understand what I wanna say or not but I really wanna get out of this feeling.
