Honestly don’t know why I’m on this app… But the feelings are getting worse idk what to do I have tried writing all the shit down I have tried talking about it I sleep about an hour everyday there’s no reason to sleep so I stay awake and think think about what I went through when I was little and in school and sometimes even hurting myself I have tried getting my grandma to take me to therapy she says “your fine your just another teenager wanting attention” I let I go should I ask again a few years ago (2) I started cutting and she threatened to send me to therapy I told “ok can you get me an appointment” she yelled at me and said I was fine

Isn’t there that 988 number now? You can call for mental health emergencies. It’s like 911 but for mental health. Also, if you’re in school, talk with your guidance counselor! They can hook you up with a free therapist!
