Today, I want to talk about something that affects us all: anxiety. Sometimes, anxiety can stem from unusual places, like accidentally swallowing a watermelon seed. Believe it or not, I recently worried that I had done something wrong because of that!

But through this experience, I learned a valuable lesson. Nature is amazing. Watermelon seeds are plentiful and meant to be spread by animals, promoting the plant’s growth. Even if we swallow a seed, it likely wouldn’t sprout anyway, especially if it’s been chewed. And most importantly, plants are different from animals. They experience life differently, and swallowing a seed isn’t like harming a living creature.

This experience also made me reflect on another concern – feeling unwell after eating chicken. While I worried it might be punishment, a more likely explanation is a food intolerance. That’s why it’s important to see a doctor to understand what’s happening in our bodies.

Finally, I want to touch on the idea of faith and punishment. Many religions emphasize compassion and forgiveness, especially for unintentional actions. A loving God would likely understand the need to satisfy hunger.

So, what can we take away from this

Unknowingly or knowingly tumne aur bhi jeevo ko maara hoga… like ants and mosquitoes. Relax. God is there to keep records of all of these. Acche karm Karo…bas. that’s what is in our hands.
