Hi, 
I don't know why but since last one year I have started having these panic attacks. I have my own fears and I am struggling to overcome them. I have anxiety issues and wish to make new friends so that I can distract myself from all these negative thoughts.

Anxiety

Today I experimented with my breakfast 😅. I took boiled eggs, I added banana slices, peanut butter, honey, nachos and sugar free dark chocolate shreds to it😂. It turned out amazing 😂.

Dont drink 🍻 and drive ..
just smoke 🚬 and fly ∆

I am tensed and stressed
firstly I didn't got at all good marks in my preboards..I am in icse 10th and tbh I do wanna give exams like after preboards marks I felt guilty and started studying very hard..but now as situation is I think exams will be probably cancelled of icse too..I am very sad and frustrated like I worked so so hard last month but still will get nothing...also am shifting to cbse so now my 11th will also start so basically I need to move on with preboards marks and start 11th..I think it's bothering me very much more than it should..
If I get with preboards marks I'll get like 60-65% but now I am enough confident to atleast score a 85% but situations aren't supporting and I am in between stuck with my thoughts..
Just wanted to spill it out here..i just think I need to go with the flow..jo hoga dekha jayega..

Frustration

I have never felt so confused . I just completed my 12th standard and I have to chose between 2 colleges. the colleges and courses  are very different . Some think that is not a big deal but for me it is a very huge thing I am scared of making the wrong choice. I do not know how to choose . Everyone says chose what interests you but we forget the people who don't know their interests. Even if x subject interest me but I don't know what fields I can chose after that. One side its a very good college and very nice course with amazing placements and that field is very popular and ever lasting but a lott of hard work and stress with extremely smart kids and I am an average kid plus I don't know if that field interests me or not and the other side it's a decent college and a subject that I liked in my 11th and 12th but there won't be placements in that course . Placements won't matter if I do this course becoz i will have to do masters after that. But the thing is what if I lose my interest after some time which is a possibility becoz I was not a fan of this subject I just liked it better than my other subjects.  So how should I choose?

Career

I've decided to take a drop for neet and I can't help but have second thoughts about it.. what if I am not good enough to crack the exam next year too? 

School

Zen Zs are identifying themselves as whoever they want.
Some are cats, racoons etc

I also want to identify myself as a whale as for my love for diving and water.
