This is to all the people,if you are having symptoms of any kind of disorder please don’t neglect.
Go to a psychiatrist if you are unable to manage your anxiety/stress or other serious problems which is really bothering you.
I see people who are from such educated families but still they hesitate from consulting a psychologist and psychiatrist.
Pleases don’t assume if you are going to them you are ‘mad’ .
If you are unwell you go to a physician for your physical health but if you unwell mentally please don’t neglect.
Psychologists do therapies like cognitive and behavioural which really changes the way you think and see the world.
There are times when people don’t want to share there problems with family and friends ,going to the psychologist will really help.
