This is for everyone here (including experts). Between peer support on the community and one on one sessions would it also be useful to have group support sessions on this app (paid, led by experts with at most 10 people part of the group each session)?
Hello
Hey there !
Fix the lag while chatting and scrolling through chats
That’s a good suggestion. I have experienced it as well on the mobile app. Is there anything else about the user experience that does not show up to the mark as you would expect from this application?
You could add some free stuff in here relating to mental health. Like someone need when they’ve initially discovered that they are going through some anxiety like small workshop to discover oneself and different test to analyze their mental health and add some bots that can help people who are new to anxiety or depression or mental health illness. I’m not able to explain it I hope you’re getting what I’m trying to say
I get it. Those are really good suggestions. Thank you for sharing them here :)
Would you say if the current app had these features people might feel better supported ?
Yes. Currently they feel as if peoe are not helping each other so they are posting like “people are not helping each other so I’m gonna quit” you must focus on that. Not all people can afford paid help, so I think it might actually help. And please do something about fixing the chat lag if you’re one of the developers for now and me
Alright and are these ‘expert’ chats that you’re referring to?
By paid help I meant experts. No doubt they might be good. But some people are sceptical about therapy and some are not ready to pay
I would suggest OFFLINE support groups with small group of people and n expert instead of online
Would you like to share more about your preference for offline vs online groups?
