Therapy is a great way of healing. Today i had a really good session where i learned that i need to value my feelings and need to be self-compassionate. I need to learn to give myself a break and be ok with the fact that i am a human and can make a mistake. What matters is the fact that i owned up to it and tried to fix it. If he can’t see the value in that then its not my fault.

Yes. I am taking from mindpeers. They are affordable and particularly Oshin Rakesh Randhawa is a great therapist. I tried someone else from there site but didn’t feel the connection.
