Soo…today was a really weird day. I woke up in the morning (it was a little tough getting out of bed but I did it) and cooked myself breakfast. After having breakfast, I tried working but somehow ended up on the bed, with my blanket. 2 hours later I tried getting up again but couldn’t. It was 1pm, I had my lunch and then again got ready to work. Didn’t happen again. Lied down on my bed for 2 more hours. Finally, felt like I was getting it together- got up and went to freshen up in the washroom. On my way back towards my desk, I just broke down and lied down on my bed again, for another hour. The one thing that helps me going is- lifting weights and that too a leg workout. I went to the gym at 7pm and started my workout. Some exercises went great, I was completely pumped up and in the zone and was feeling good. Some other exercises, Idk what got into me but there were sudden moments of ‘shiver’ in my body, like suddenly nothing felt good and there was a drowsy feeling. Idk how to explain it really well. One minute I’m fine and the next minute I’m not. And this has never happened before and I don’t even know how to explain it well. Hopefully I’ll be fine tomorrow!

Hi, someone very close to me always lied on the bed due to her depression and love life. I would just say one thing.
Ambition is a thing that keeps you going. If you don’t have please find one otherwise it is difficult to survive. Also if you have found one now. Say to urself daily. “Do I want to do it or end up like a dumb ? I have to decide now.” For eg if you have MBA to do, think like this, “do I wish to see myself in an IIM and enjoy every bit of it and make myself proud and happy or still wanna struggle to find a job, in which there is no certainty.”
Thanks!

Hey… I think all we all have some days like things when we literally can’t get out of bed and even if we have lot of stuff to do. Its like morning to evening into the bed.
You may had the shivering cuz of exercising as you said. Don’t worry.

Hi, i can understand you. This happens with me also when i don’t want to get out of bed the entire day.
The shivering in your body might be due to lifting heavy weights and excess leg workout.
Don’t worry. All the best.
