sometimes without any particular reason, you feel so low at times and just want to distract yourself by doing retail therapy to up your mood and you feel so restless but nothing seems to make you happy for a longer time
you simply cant share your thoughts with your family members fear of being judged or they will start pouring you with innumerous advises of dos and dont which you already know like go for shopping ,do gardening, read a book,go for a good movie ,listen to your favorite songs or meditate etc etc .

you are allowed to feel that way, its absolutely okay…just give sometime to yourself you will be better


i can relate to that. if only my family just listened to me rather than imposing their opinions on me.
