i feel so shitty about myself right now... I've been binging on food since three days ago. I am super conscious about my weight gain and i cannot stop eating.. The more restrictive i am, the more i binge. I feel so sad that i couldn't take control of myself this time and my stomach is super full now. 😞😞 I cannot focus on my college classes if this keeps going on. Not long time ago, i overate and i puked nonstop for three days straight. I hate myself
