He is keeping you in confused mind state . Love is clear. Either black or white not grey. You should leave him or distance yourself. If he loves you he will give you clear answer not the confused answer
What if he’s not sure yet?? Like, he does love her now and not very sure whether it will work in the future?? Just a curious thought I got after seeing your reply.
You deserve clarity. If you are not getting that it’s better to move on.
By my own experience, people grow feelings by time but not ready to accept, and not clear so leave him move on, if he loves you he’ll be back!!
