Yes maybe it's time to let go the more you will hold the more pain it will cause you if it's meant to be you don't have to chase it or Beg for it. It will find you. You deserve so much better

I've started to eat a lot healthier now and I love it. I plan on going completely vegan in a couple of weeks and honestly I've never felt better in my life. I love that i can make such changes in my life.

Physical Health

I had a crush on this guy who is my best friend's brother. I know it's weird, I didn't know how it started. Back in 10th, I use to call my friend and her brother use to take it and just use to tease me normally. I took it as something else and ended up liking him but didn't do anything. I went to some other state after that, after 2y I sent him a request on FB and when I was in my 3rd year of clg I messaged him. I know it was very low progress, but I was afraid of losing the friendship and his sister have.  I knew he never thought of me that way, we spoke once that too because he wanted some painting from me(for money of course as am a beginner artist). But that time I understood he thinks of me as a sister, It was a heartbroken moment for me, I was angry and I locked him from everywhere and later when I was mature enough and forgot everything I unblocked him. He is a very good doctor, he helps a lot of people, I see him every day on social media, I thought to tell him about my 8y of one side love just because I don't wanna regret it later in my life. I know we never gonna click, we both are very different in all aspects and the main reason is my friend. I don't wanna lose her because of my stupid crush that's not gonna have a beginning. But whenever I see his posts, I think what would happen if I didn't unblock him that time, would he talk to me now? Then I think, sometimes we should keep our feelings to ourselves and move on.

Body Positivity

Hello everyone, 
I am Koko and I have been going through severe stage depression from like more than 14 years. It's not only depression it's overall kinda package of loneliness, feeling suicidal, feeling helpless, feeling something nowhere to go, social anxiety, feeling tired all of the day and much much more. Everyday i try to get up do some stuffs like cleaning dishes, room, clothes, etc but there is something known as "Black me" who follows me everywhere and when there is no one at home that black me becomes so large that i can't even shower peacefully, it becomes so dreadful. I have heard things like "Be positive", "Chill Bro" n all but to be very honest no things doesn't work like that.. There's so much going through our mind and body that we maybe smiling and laughing outside but inside we are screaming, shouting, crying. Sometimes we are able to show all these emotions but sometimes we don't have even capacity to cry. I am at that phase of life where everything seems lifeless, everything seems hopeless and if you say me this that I don't even have capacity to argue.... My childhood traumas, molestation, tortures and so many disturbing incidents are all the part of my friend "DEPRESSION"... Be it morning or night or anytime of day i am trying yoga, meditation, gymming but all i am getting is depressed. Some people have said me that don't i have topics to talk or why am i so silent i hope this post answers all your queries. I am so much done with this life.

3am Thoughts

 Being an introvert, People think you as an arrogant person, but I am just afraid of people's presence. And they make me feel so alone and those gossiping mouths and judging eyes are so pinching. They don't like me, don't wanna talk good with me. It's disheartening to stay whole day, everyday.

Please someone suggest me what to do.... My bf used to love me alot, but now he says "mereko tujhse irritation hone lgi h" , he don't want to talk to me,no more phone calls 💔 but don't even want to leave me , I'm dieing to talk to him but scared of calling him that he will shout or feel irritated from me , i love him alot, I want him like he was before 🥺
